You do the job before you have the job.
AI is taking over the entry-level work that used to teach new starters the job. So we built a new way in: you learn on real briefs from the industries that hire for your role, before you ever walk into the workplace. These are real problems Australia’s critical industries face today, not assignments. You’ll never be stuck on your own: your AI tutor is up at 11pm when you are, and mentors who’ve done the job review your work. No ATAR to chase and no course maze, just one pathway built around you.

Someone in finance gets an email asking them to update a supplier’s bank details. Is it an attack? How far has it got? What should the company do in the next hour?
- Take the email apart: headers, link, attachment, the sender’s domainDone
- Use the mail and web logs to see who else got it, and who clickedNow

No exams. Just continuous assessment.
Every piece of work you hand in is assessed against the standard employers hire to, by people who do the job. No rote learning, no cramming the night before. Just real work, and skills you can prove.

Spotting the attack is half of it. Your next-hour actions assume the reader knows what a mail rule is. Rewrite them so the finance lead could act without calling you.
Passing isn’t the same as being able to do it.
Three years of lectures ends in a transcript and a HECS bill. Employers still ask for experience. We start with the experience.

Stand out. Get hired faster.
Skip the pile of CVs. Your capability record shows employers exactly what you can do, with the work to prove it, checked by someone in the industry. Less guessing for them means a faster yes for you. Reach the standard and we introduce you to employers hiring for your role, and your record keeps up as the job changes.

A fraction of a degree. Paid only once you’re earning.
- Compared with a degree Save years
- A degree averages $27,640 in HELP debt and three to four years of living costs. NOUSIA is nothing upfront, months not years, and you only pay once you’re hired.
- Upfront $0
- Nothing to pay to start, and no HECS.
- Once you’re hired $10,000
- Only once you’re hired into a role that meets your salary target.
- While you train Full-time
- Unpaid, with no living allowance. Youth Allowance doesn’t apply.
- Recognition Not accredited
- No degree or AQF award. A capability record, verified by practitioners, that employers can read.
- If you miss the standard Go again
- Keep training until you meet it, at no extra cost.
Questions we get asked.
Mostly by parents. Fair enough.
Is it accredited? Will anyone recognise it?
No. There’s no degree or AQF qualification at the end, and we don’t dress it up as one.
What counts is whether employers hire on it. We’re only paid when a graduate is hired, so a record employers ignored would sink us.
Does skipping a degree cap their career?
In some careers, yes. Chartered engineering, the regulated professions and some government roles still want the degree. If that’s the plan, go to uni.
In the roles we train for, what you can do sets the ceiling. Nothing stops them studying later, often with an employer paying.
How do we cover rent and food while they train?
That’s the real cost. Training is full-time and unpaid, with no allowance. It lasts as long as their gaps: months, not three years.
If a few months without income isn’t possible right now, that’s a good reason to wait. Tell us before they start.
What if it doesn’t work out and they’ve missed the uni intake?
If they don’t reach the standard, they keep training until they do, at no extra cost. If they reach it and nobody hires them, they’ve lost time, and we won’t pretend that’s nothing.
Most universities have a mid-year intake, and many let you defer an offer. Check the deferral terms first.
I didn’t do Methods or Physics. Am I out?
No. We assess where you are now, not what you picked in Year 10. If you’re short on maths for the role you want, that becomes part of your training. It makes the pathway longer, not impossible.
Find out before you turn anything down.
Entry is selective, so you’ll train alongside some of the most ambitious people your age. We look for ability and drive, not your ATAR. Apply, and we’ll assess where you’re starting from and tell you how long your pathway would take. Then decide.
Australian citizens only: most of these roles need a security clearance, sponsored by the employer who hires you.
